| Miscellaneous Info Hi everybody, my real name is Chris Radtke, and I'm from Allegan, Michigan... it's a small town somewhere between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. I am single now, and life sucks. I'm not gonna describe what I look like cuz you can see my pic above. The pic is kinda old, it's my senior pic from when I was in high school, about 3 years ago, but I still pretty much look like that only a bit older. I spend most of my time when I'm at home on the computer, usually doing multiple things at once. I chat on Internet Relay Chat (IRC) and usually have running even if I'm not talking, at least people can send me messages or something. I also have ICQ, a communications program that also allows people to send me messages. As well as those things, I'm also usually doing either some mIRC script writing, webpage development like this one here, or reading email and newsgroups, or browsing other webpages.

| My Computers My computer is a custom built Dual Pentium 166mmx, with a Tyan S1563D dual-processor motherboard. I have 96 megs of ram and a 2meg Diamond Stealth video card. I have an ordinary Sound Blaster 16 sound card, no need for all the features of the AWE32 or 64. My modem is one thing I'm proud of, it's a USRobotics Courier external and it cost me $250 about 4 years ago and is STILL the best modem on the market. I have two Western Digital hard drives, a 2.1gig and a 1.6gig. On them I have Windows NT 4 as my main operating system, with Windows 95 to back it up, and when I want to learn and experiment I run Linux on another partition. I have an old 4 speed and a 6 speed cdrom, but I hardly ever use it so I haven't bothered upgrading it. My mouse is a Logitech Trackman Marble, it rules and in my opinion doesn't compare to anything else out there. My monitor is a CTX 15" and I'm content with it, I dunno if its the best, but I'm happy. I also have a Mustek flatbed scanner that cost me a fortune, but it has come in handy at times. I also fixed and am using an old HP 600 color printer, its case isn't in one piece, but I got it functioning like new again. Thats about it for my desktop, I also have a laptop. It's a Pentium 166mmx as well, but its not quite as powerful as my desktop, and I only run Windows 95 on it. I have a network card for it so I can link my two computers together to transfer files or access the internet from both at the same time, it rules. My laptop has full sound capabilities and a cdrom, as well as television outputs so I can do presentations on a big screen tv or something. I am only describing my computers, they are in no way anything to brag about, but I hope someday they will be once I upgrade them a few hundred times. :)

| My Music I listen to almost anything but country and rap, but especially rock and alternative and stuff like that. Some of my favorite radio stations are WGRD, WKLQ, and WRKR. I have about 140 cd's and was forced to purchase a Sony 200 disc cd changer to hold them all, it rules, but I can't keep track of all my CD's. One of these days when I get around to writing a database to keep them all sorted, I will put the database on here so you can see what cd's I own.

| My Profession I am an M.I.S. (Management Information Services) Technician, or computer technician for short. I am a full-time employee at Remote Instruments and Controls and also do some instrument calibrations and repair, stuff thats not really my job but I'm expanding my skills into another area. I enjoy it, but not as much a when I worked at a computer store in another town nearby.

| Hobbies/Social Life I don't really have much of a social life, but I do have a few friends that I hang out with once in a while and do fun stuff. I like to hang out, goto the malls, stores like Best Buy that have really cool electronic stuff that I can only drool about buying, and goto movies. I don't get to do that stuff too much so most of the time I'm sitting home by myself on the computer, which is my main hobby. I spend alot of the time on my computer(s) and listening to my stereo. I also play the trombone in church and in a local community band. I played it all through junior high and high school, and was in the high school marching band and loved every minute of it, sometimes I consider joining a drum and bugle corps. I'm also into car stereos and home theater systems and electronics. Oh, and I drink alot of Coke, I tried sniffing it once, but I got an ice cube stuck up my nose, so I just stuck to drinking it, it tastes better that way. My perfect recipe for CocaCola is to first have an official Coke glass, then you drop two large ice cubes in it and pour the coke slowly so you don't lose all the carbonation, then let drink, it tastes really good that way. :)
